A diabetes diagnosis can be tough and finding enthusiasm for eating healthier, getting regular activity, and monitoring your blood sugar can be difficult to maintain long-term. Avita Health System’s Diabetes Support Group meets every month alternating between Bucyrus Hospital and Galion Hospital. Dates and locations are subject to change.

Free to the public. 2nd Monday of each month alternating between Bucyrus and Galion Hospitals
