Children ages 3-14 diagnosed with diabetes, eating disorders, or related health issues are invited to Avita’s Happy Healthy Habits Kids Camp Series at our Pediatric Therapy Center in Galion! Promoting healthy eating and exercise, the camp will include touring our greenhouse to learn where food comes from, how to make healthy choices, physical activity, and snacks. Kids will learn from dieticians, chefs, physical therapists, and more to help develop the knowledge and skills needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle through a balance of proper nutrition and exercise.
All participants will receive a free t-shirt and backpack. Limited to 40 participants. Parents/Guardians are welcome to participate.
