Join us for the annual Avita Health Foundation Golf Classic on Outing on July 28, 2025!

Avita Health Foundation and title sponsor Fifth Third Bank is hosting our 8^th annual golf scramble on Monday, July 28, 2025 at Westbrook Country Club. The event includes lunch, shotgun start, on-course refreshments, and games, with dinner and awards immediately after play.

This event will help the Foundation continue in its mission to inspire philanthropy and financial support to Galion, Bucyrus, and Ontario Hospitals in order to enhance healthcare services and to improve the well-being of the residents of our communities. Proceeds from last year’s event and projected proceeds from this year’s event should enable the Foundation to make a $100,000 contribution in support of patient care, advancing medicine, equipment and technology, and community benefit/outreach programs as Avita works to open a new state-of-the-art cancer center in the Fall of 2025. We invite sponsors and guests to join our golfers at the dinner and awards ceremony beginning at approximately 4:00 p.m. for networking and socializing. There will be a buffet dinner, beverages, prize drawings, and the award presentation during this time. Sponsorship packages are available as well as individual tickets for this portion of the golf outing.
