2026 Avita Health Foundation Golf Classic

Join us for the annual Avita Health Foundation Golf Classic on Monday July 27, 2026!

Avita Health Foundation, title sponsor Fifth Third Bank, and Golf Chair Nick Gesouras from Mechanics Bank, are hosting the 9^th annual Avita Health Foundation Golf Classic at Westbrook Country Club. The event includes lunch, shotgun start, on-course refreshments, and games, with dinner and awards immediately after play. This event will help the Foundation continue in its mission to inspire philanthropy and financial support to Galion, Bucyrus, and Ontario Hospitals in order to enhance healthcare services and improve the well-being of the residents in our communities. Proceeds from this year’s event will support hospice care, equipment and technology, survivorship, and the Healing & Memorial Garden at Jode Cancer Center in Ontario.

We invite sponsors and guests to join our golfers at the dinner and awards ceremony beginning at approximately 4:00 pm for networking and socializing. There will be a buffet dinner, beverages, prize drawings, and the award presentation during this time. Sponsorship packages are available as well as individual tickets for this portion of the golf outing.
