Memorial & Survivors Walk

Avita Health Foundation and Avita Home Health & Hospice are working together to host the inaugural Memorial & Survivors Walk — to honor those currently battling cancer, remember those we’ve lost, and celebrate the strength of survivors. The event will be sponsored by the Tausch Survivorship Program and the Melodie Fagan Cancer Fund.

FREE to Register an Individual or Team Expense:  T-shirts ($25) and Customized Butterfly Garden Stone ($25)

This event is open to everyone whose life has been touched by cancer, regardless of where they were treated. Highlights include a non-competitive walk, music and entertainment, inspiring speakers, activities for the family, opportunity to share a message on the dedication wall, and opportunity to purchase a customized butterfly garden stone and/or commemorative t-shirt.
