2026 Memorial & Survivors Walk

Our inaugural Memorial and Survivors Walk was a resounding success, and the incredible momentum to support local cancer programs has never been stronger! The unforgettable day brought together nearly 250 walkers, 85 volunteers, and over 70 generous sponsors, including title sponsor, First Financial Bank of Mansfield, and presenting sponsors Adena Corporation, Park National Bank, Fifth Third Bank, and Crossroads Original Designs.

The event kicked off with a spectacular performance by the world-renowned local sister trio Sorelle (The Voice finalists and iHeartRadio’s Next Music Star 2025) beautifully honoring those currently fighting, celebrating our resilient survivors, and remembering beloved family and friends who have passed.

While the walk has concluded, the need remains, and making a donation this October and November is vital. Your contributions immediately convert this powerful community energy into tangible resources for the Jody M. Baker Cancer Center and its supporting programs—directly funding life-changing survivorship initiatives, vital community education, and compassionate hospice and palliative care to ensure patients and families receive unwavering support when they need it most.

This event is open to everyone whose life has been touched by cancer, regardless of where they were treated. Highlights include a non-competitive walk, music and entertainment, inspiring speakers, activities for the family, opportunity to share a message on the dedication wall, and opportunity to purchase a commemorative t-shirt.
